ORDERING

Fax or mail orders, please list name, street address (shipper cannot deliver to a PO Box), zip code and daytime phone number (if applicable, company name, contact person and PO #). List clearly the part number, item description and quantity. Please be prepared with all related car information we request prior to calling. We ship UPS daily. Most orders received before 12:00 noon are processed the same day. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be sent via ground transportation. Items restricted by UPS are shipped via commercial freight carriers. All items are FOB Germantown, Wisconsin.

TERMS 

C.O.D. (cash, cashier's check or money order), cash prepayment with order or authorized Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Complete transmissions, converters or special orders require a 50% deposit which can be made by a business check if received 3 weeks prior to shipping. Cash, cashier's check or money order is required to expedite the order. Deposits are non-refundable for custom work. Special order components are subject to additional incoming freight charges. Unless prior arrangements are made, items picked up at our facility must have any balance paid in full by cash. Any items remaining in our possession for thirty days after completion are subject to forfeiture and storage charges.

 TAX

All sales transacted in Wisconsin or shipped to a Wisconsin address are subject to current sales taxes, unless the customer has a valid sales tax exemption number for our records at time of order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS 

The customer will be liable for any costs incurred from a refused shipment regardless of reason. Automatic Transmission Design will be reimbursed before further shipments are permitted.

 CLAIMS

Inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for damages, open or concealed, must be made to the delivery company. Bring any damage to the attention of the delivery person and make a written notice. Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be made to ATD within five days of delivery.

 WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on high-performance parts and because we have no control of how they are installed, used, maintained or modified outside of our own design and construction. Automatic Transmission Design assumes no responsibility or liability for any personal injury or loss resulting from the use of these products in any matter.

 GENERAL INFORMATION

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. ATD reserves the right to substitute equal or better parts if listed parts are not available. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer of substitutions.
